30-Day Return Policy

We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at Jadorelli, which is why we offer a 30-day return/exchange policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, as long as you contact us within 30 days from the delivery date, we will process your return request.

We offer all customers cancellation, exchanges, and returns. For US customers, we also offer free return labels within 30 days of your order.

unworn pieces. Sometimes it just doesn’t

Domestic ( U.S) Orders

We’re happy to accept a return on any of our pieces within the first 30 days of you receiving your order. If you’d like to return one of your pieces for a full refund (excluding tax and shipping costs), we want to make this process as easy as possible by giving you a free return label.

How to return your piece:

  1. Go to and enter your order number to get your free return label
  2. Pack your piece in a small plastic bag (clasp shut if it has one) in a small mailer
  3. Include a note in the package that lists:
    • Your order number
    • Your contact information (name, email, and phone number)
    • The reason for your return

Once your package has been received in our studio, our Care Team will alert you via email, and let us know if there is any way we can help in the meantime!

International Orders

While we’re unable to provide return labels for international customers, we’re happy to accept a return on any of our pieces within the first 30 days of you receiving your order. If you’d like to return any of your pieces for a full refund (excluding tax and shipping costs), simply send them back to our studio:
